Can I request revisions during the creation process?
Yes, you can request up to two digital revisions of the initial concept, covering adjustments to colors, composition, and minor details. During the early painting phase, you are also entitled to one revision based on the progress images provided. Major changes or additional revisions beyond these will incur a fee, due to the extra time and materials required.
How long does it take to complete a commissioned painting?
The timeline for completing a commissioned artwork varies based on factors such as size, complexity, and my current schedule. Typically, the process takes between 4-8 weeks. I'll provide an estimated completion date once we discuss your project details and finalize the agreement.
What is the payment structure?
A 30% deposit is due upfront to secure your commission. This initial deposit allows me to begin the creative process and source any necessary materials.
Once the painting is finished, a the remaining balance will be requested. I will provide progress photos so you can see how the painting is taking shape before making this payment.
What is the shipping timeline?
Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped within 5-10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
Each original painting is carefully packed with acid-free materials and protective padding. All artwork includes a signed certificate of authenticity and is insured for damages and loss. Please ready my Shipping Policy for more information.
What is your return policy for commissions?
Returns are not available for my original artwork, each piece represents a unique expression crafted with care and dedication. Please read my Return Policy for more information.
How do I take care of my painting?
- Unpack Carefully: Gently remove the painting from its packaging.
- Handle with Care: Use clean hands or gloves when moving the artwork.
- Display Safely: Hang in a spot with minimal direct sunlight and humidity to preserve colors and prevent damage.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, I only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping. I hope to provide international options in the future, so please check back for updates!
