Refund policy

Thank you for your interest in my artwork! As each piece is a unique, original creation, I want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. 

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are not available for original artwork. If you have any questions or concerns before purchasing, please reach out to me directly at hello@kristenbitar.com. I’m happy to provide any additional information or images you may need to feel confident in your choice.

Damages
I carefully inspect and securely package all artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, once the package is in transit, I cannot control its handling. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging. These images are essential for assessing the situation and may be used to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that I am not responsible for damages that occur during shipping or after delivery, so it is important to notify me of any issues as soon as possible to help facilitate a resolution.

Lost or Undelivered Package.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first verify your shipping address from your confirmation email. Incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacements. If the address is correct and you still haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping company directly. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for issues related to failed delivery or theft.

Cancellations
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not possible, as all original artworks are created with intention and care.

Response Time
As I manage all aspects of my business personally, please allow up to 5 business days for a response. I appreciate your patience and understanding!
